The tonnage of the extruder is calculated according to the size of the extrusion force, and the tonnage represents the extrusion force. Common ones are 500t, 630t, 800t, 1000t, 1200t, 1800t, 2500t, etc. The larger the tonnage, the larger the aluminum profile, that is, the larger the diagonal. Industrial aluminum profiles simply means that the larger the size of the extruder, the larger the diagonal of the aluminum profile can be produced, as shown in the figure: the size of the outlet of the large extruder and the diagonal requirements of the extruded profile.
